The hotel itself has a great selection of restaurants, including a well-regarded Chinese option. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a refreshing air conditioning system. The staff is friendly and welcoming, even surprising guests with complimentary cakes for special occasions.

Some of the housekeeping staff may struggle with English communication.

I had the most amazing stay at Goodwood Park. Upon arrival, I mentioned that it was a special occasion, and to my surprise, they had prepared a personalized birthday surprise in our room. The attention to detail was very nice, from the box of chocolates to the birthday card. The facilities were great, especially the swimming pool and spa. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the service, although slower than usual, gave us time to savor each course. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and lovely experience.

Great location near the shopping center, and the room was clean and in good condition. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly, especially Alzam.

I had an really good stay at a hotel in Singapore. The room was very spacious and comfortable for my family. They even surprised my 1-year-old son with a birthday cake, a lovely gesture. Everything in the room was excellent and I couldn't ask for more. The location of the hotel was also a plus.

I had a minor issue with cleanliness. There were bits of dirt and even rice found in the bed.

The rooms, although old-fashioned, were comfortable and had balconies, which added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities available.

The pool facilities could use some improvement. The second pool, in particular, seemed dated and could benefit from a refurbishment.

The breakfast is a highlight, with helpful staff providing tips about local food and culture. the hotel offers a great experience for those wanting to be close to shopping and enjoy comfortable rooms.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was very relaxing with a Sauna and Jacuzzi. the Outdoor swimming pool area had plenty of Sun loungers and a Sun terrace for sunbathing. In-room breakfast was delicious and the Restaurant offered Special diet menus.

We experienced a minor issue with the service at check-in, but it was promptly resolved. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of room advantages and location advantages.

The restaurant's limited breakfast menu, with no special diet options available. the private facilities in the room more than made up for it, including an exclusive jacuzzi and sauna.

Lots of channels on the TVs, including HBO. 2 pools with friendly staff. Great location for shopping. High tea is recommended. Hot water issue promptly attended to by Mr Roman and Ms Sylvia. Spacious and well-designed rooms with fast wifi and separate working station.
